In accordance with EU Regulation No. 1169/2011, we use the following numerical designation for allergens and additives that are subject to labeling in our menu:

3 = contains quinine

4 = with taurine

5 = with acidifier

6 = with blackening agent

7 = with phosphate

8 = with sweetener

9 = with antioxidant

10 = with preservatives

11 = contains a source of phenylalamine

12 = with flavor enhancer

13 = with milk protein

14 = with lactic acid

15 = waxed

16 = contains cow's milk

17A = cereals containing gluten (wheat)

17B = cereals containing gluten (barley)

18 = crustaceans

19 = eggs

20 = fish

21 = peanuts

22 = soybean

23A = nuts (almonds)

24 = celery

25 = mustard

26 = sesame seeds

27 = sulfur dioxide and sulphites in a concentration of more than 10 mg / kg or mg / l, indicated as SO2

28 = lupins

29 = molluscs
